This board is visited by a large number of women. Many of those women menstruate each month and in turn, some of those experience PMS. This is a community based on support. If people want to talk about PMS, which usually affects their attitude and willingness to eat well and exercise, then I don't see how those threads don't belong here.

Lighten up and scroll on by if it's not a thread you want to read.
