PILATES 30 DAY CHALLENGE TEAM

Lets try pilates. Do your pilates dvd three times a week or more, for 30 days.

We just finished our first 30 day challenge!!

Those of us that did pilates at least 3 times a week lost a lot of inches the last 30 days!!!!!
We are looking for more team members to start a SECOND challenge!!!!

Begins Oct 23rd
Ends Nov 19th

WE'RE READY FOR CHALLENGE #3!! WHO WANTS TO JOIN US?

We've made the team public once again and are looking for new team members to join us in challenge #3!!!

The challenge starts next Monday 11/20 and ends 12/18. By starting next week it will keep us motivated to MOVE and work off that turkey and mashed potatoes!!!

I will definitely accept this 30-day challenge for trying Pilates. I have read more about this system and clearly understand how it helps us to improve our physical strength, flexibility, and postures.
