Speaking of diet drinks....

Whenever you drink something other than water do you always log it? I seem to never notice beverages on people's posts so either they're drinking ALL h20 or they forget about their liquid calories.....

If I drink water or diet soda or Crystal Light i don't log it, but if I drink wine, juice, hot chocolate or a smoothie I do. Although I've been thinking I should start logging what I drink to see how often I am not drinking enough water...

i drink mostly water-only other beverages are coffee in the morning and the occasional glass of wine or beer so in my case i just don't log my water-i know i'm getting plenty.

I stopped drinking soda years ago, so I only have water. I don't log when I have that. I do log any alcoholic beverages that I drink though. :)

Actually now that I'm dieting I don't drink anything except for diet soda, water, ice tea... I hate to take up extra calories with liquids that aren't filling.

Same here... I log water so I can keep track of whether I'm drinking enough. I also try to log coffee & diet sodas, just so I can keep an eye on my caffeine...

If it's not plain water, I log it.

tea
coffee
juice
diet/reg pop
etc....

I log it...even if there is no calories

I always log drinks that have calories, even the 10 calories from my coffeemate in my coffee in the mornings. But if a drink has no calories (i.e. diet soda), I tend to only log it if I drink it with a meal; otherwise, I tend to just forget about it.

I generally only drink water so I don't bother to log it. If I have a coffee or an alcoholic drink, I'll log it to track the calories.
