PT tip - personal notes section

PT tip of the day: use the personal notes section (at the bottom of MY LOG to write rants that no one else can see but you. I just used it and I feel so much better.

I use mine to write down the calories in things I eat often so I don't have to keep looking them up and/or recalculating them. The notes stay there day-to-day until you delete them or replace them with something else, so it makes a nice reference.
I also recorded my body measurements there. I'm not ready to share that info yet.
