what do you think about??????

Not weight shit... not eating... not the way you look... not any of that stuff...

really dig deep and let me know what you really think is important and what you think about life...

The response to myself is that I think about how I can make my life more interesting... by hugging a stranger or leaving my life here and moving to another state just for the hell of it.
Also, I look at my 6 month old niece and wonder what her life will be like. How I and her mother (my sister) will influence her.

I think about how I can improve my life and become healthy emotionally as well as physically. How I can contribute something to others.

I think about BEING where I am. When I am talking to someone I want to be engaged with that, not waiting for my cellphone to ring. When I am driving I want to be paying attention to that. When I am working out I am thinking about form and effort. When I am eating I am thinking about how good the food tastes and how much energy it will give me. When I am with people I love I concentrate on doing my best for them and on being thankful that they are there for me as well.

i am in a place now where i focus on me and what's best for my well-being instead of always putting others first. i've noticed that a lot of emotionally healthy people i know do this automatically and are happy people. i take time to take care of my needs so i can be there for others.

I am a mother of three and I have found that the "me me me" attitude no longer applies. My children are what is important. I am trying to be the healthiest I can and at the same time set an example for my children. I want to make the most of every moment I have in this world. I lost my mom at a young age and I know how quickly life can change. My children are one of the reasons I am in college and exercise and eat healthy. I am not only doing this for my benefit but for theirs!
