lo-cal alternate to coffee drinks?

I love coffee & coffee-drinks & with the colder weather coming I know my consumption will get out of hand. I truly enjoy the taste as well as the caffeine (morning & late afternoon) but I'm also looking for other suggestions of healthy/ lo-cal foods/drinks that will keep me warm! I should also mention I don't mind artifical sweetener EXCEPT in my hot drinks..for some reason I can't stand it, so that's not an option for me. Thanks!!

agave nectar is a great alternative to sugar.

As for coffee alternative, you can try a dark roast yerba mate.

But really, I think a smarter move would be to ween your way off of dessert like drinks and move towards enjoying tea. Waaay healthier and just as warm.

what about lattes and cappuccinos with skim milk? the espresso is naturally sweet so no sugar needed. also - agave as the above poster mentioned in green tea is good.
