WW Points Value

Does anyone have a list of point values that they could email me? I'd like to participate in this but have no idea where to start!

Thanks,
Kristen

Why would you want them emailed? I think this is spam.

Why don't you say: please give me your email address so I can spam you.

Yes, I'm the spam police because I CAN'T STAND spam.

if anyone has a link they could post that would be helpful too as I'm sure a lot of us are interested but don't know the values! :)

Why would people who have to pay for something want to give it away for free?

Isn't this same arguement going on all over the place in these threads?!?!?! Not everyone can afford to join WW. Not everyone can afford to join a gym. You can get nearly everything you need to be successful in ww, by searching the Internet (Trust me, that's what I'm doing), no one is being pressured to give away what they are paying for!
