Yeah...if you're not in much of an exercise habit, doing medium intensity cardio for 2 hours a day 6 days a week will get the weight moving quite quickly for a few weeks initially. Just beware of the possibility that it might make you absolutely ravenous! My trick is to do it before mealtime, because I'm going to eat anyway.

Response to suggestions

Thanks for the suggestion...but even when I was running about 30 miles a week...my body wanted to stay at 135. As for exercising 2 hours a day, 6 days a week...in an ideal world...SURE...but I work 2 jobs and can barely squeeze in a workout 5 days a week...much less a 2 hour one. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Could your natural weight be 135? Maybe your body is telling you something...just a thought.

Just be careful if you decide to try it. I'm not familiar with dexatrim, but my bf was on diet pills (turbo something-or-other) that made him into a completely different person. When I've tried diet pills I felt anxious all the time & they didn't work. Also, sometimes, it will help you get past a plateau, but then you can gain it back quickly. So it may not be helpful in the long run. Might depend on if you're losing weight for an event or for the long-term.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but thought I'd share my humble opinion on the topic generally. Hopefully, someone else has tried it to give you a specific review.
