oh- we can also develop or modify a plan I already have:
-no white carbs
-water only (no soda, etc.)
-lean, grilled or baked protein
-4 servings veggies daily
-no food 3 hrs. before bedtime
-very low sodium, no added salts
-no sweets, chips, etc.
-1200 cals/day
-exercise 6x/week (45 mins. cardio each time)
-8 hrs. sleep daily
If you can also commit to daily weigh-ins, come on board!

10 lbs. in 15 days ?????? That's an awful lot of weight to lose and nearly impossible for an average weight person to do in a HEALTHY way.

It's reasonable for people who have a lot of weight to lose who currently aren't dieting or exercising. For the majority of us on this site, yeah, it's an impossible goal.

i think your goal is a little outrageous. not to imply that it is not possible, just unwise. doesn't common sense tell you that? why not ask a doctor or nutritionist for tips on this goal if you want sound medical advice on how / if you can do this in a healthy way. is it your intent to keep this projected weight off? or maybe just to fit into something and then go back to losing normally?
