I want to lose 25 pounds

Anyone want to join me? I tend to get really motivated in the beginning, then I lose about 5 or 10 pounds, and proceed to get laaaazy. I'd really love to get down to 130, tho. I have never been 130 in my life. I'm 5'5, currently 155 lbs. So, while I'm not in any extreme category, I could certainly stand to safely lose 25 lbs and be very healthy. I'd love to eat moderately because I'm on this starve-all-day/ binge-at-night thing. I also want to do a lot more strength training to gain more energy because I'm always a-draggin' all day. Help! I promise to support ya if you help support me!

Cheat & Binge - NO MORE!

I noticed the OP mentioned having issues with binges. This team is all about overcoming that and EXTREMELY active. So, here is a option, if you don't have your own team.

Team SexyBack

How about "Team SexyBack"? Ok, well, I'm off to an ok start here as I joined a gym, and I've been going there for lunchtime 2 days this week. I skipped yesterday, but work was too busy. Today i'm starting to feel the laziness coming on again. But I will prevail and get my butt in gear today. I want to start weight training to get some tone, but I know nothing about weight training. The gym I joined offers person trainiers (most likely for a fee), so I wonder if I should look into that... Well, I'm off to continue Bringin Sexy Back. Hope you guys are hanging in there on this lovely Saturday.
