I am getting ready to have my 3rd child and have been cooking and freezing meals for after the baby comes. I am looking for some healthy meals that freeze really well. Anyone have any good recipes? We eat chicken, turkey and beef but not fish.
Thanks in advance!

Peertrainer's Calorie wiki has some recipes out there. (link below)
Also this book and website has some great ideas for organizing your planning/shopping/cooking/freezing but I don't suggest using their recipes they seem somewhat unhealthy...
Here's another freezer book that has healthy recipes and "mini sessions" you can use the forms from the book above for your planning...

soups and stews freeze very well! add some crusty bread when it's time to eat and you have a full meal!
what about ricotta stuffed shells w/ red sauce? (you can use light ricotta and whole wheat pasta to make it healthier.
i know chicken dishes tend to freeze well-as a kid, my mom was always pulling out frozen chicken parm, chicken divan and other casseroles that she had premade.
good luck w/ the new baby!
