treadmill determined

I am 58 and just purchased a treadmill and would like to chat/chart with others on getting into the habit of a workout routine.

What works for me is setting a time in my day that will usually fit and then finding something do to while on the treadmill to make the workout go quickly and hopefully painlessly. I can actually read while I walk the treadmill. Or if you are doing it at home, you could choose the time when your favorite show is on and watch that while you work out. Good luck. Don't give up when you realize it's been a week or two & you haven't used the machine. Just start over & try again.
