scale

I know this is going to sound a little funny but I don't own a scale to weigh my self on. I am not sure if this is a good or bad thing, but does anyone know of a good but relatively inexpensive one and where it can be purchased?

scale

I got mine at Target for less than $12. I personally use a scale rather than measuring myself as it "keeps me in line" however, most people recommend that you measure yourself instead. This is considered more accurate as your body weight can fluctuate from water rentention, menstruation, etc.

what exactly do you use? I mean do you take a string and then measure that against a tape measure or ruler?

I have done that before, however now I have a fabric tape measure. It works alot better than string! :) You can find them at almost any store...usually around the sewing area.

Scale

I have a scale that monitors my weight loss. I love it. And it stores up to 4 peple's data, so my husband uses it to track him too.. not that he needs it like I do. Here's the link. I think I got it on sale for $35
