Low point, filling breakfast ideas

I eat breakfast most often in the corporate cafeteria. I get in very early, have little time to plan. I started my diet again this morning and got one piece of bacon- but I realized even that has a zillion points. Does anyone have some good low point, but filling ideas for breakfast?

Oh I have so many ideas... especially if you don't have much time... most importantly grab a bottle of water because that will help to keep you full:

Apple (1 pt), Fat Free high fiber yogurt (1 pt) really good combo
Banana (2 pts), toast on RF Whole grain bread (1 pt)
Nutragrain bar (3 pts), Apple (1 pt)
Pepperidge farm cinnamon bagel (2 pts)
Grapes (2 pts), FF yogurt - 100 cal (2 pts)

The most important thing is to find things that are full of fiber and then mix them and match them however you like, trying to find the best combo that will keep you full... if I think of any others I'll let you know. These are all quick and easy to grab and go if you're in a hurry... good luck!

2 slices wheat bread (2 pts.)
water
