help! how do I use this?
Hi all -- I've posted and joined a few groups, and I still don't understand how to call things up and actively connect with people on this site. Any suggestions? I don't see my posts anywhere, or answers to them, and I just keep getting profile coming up.
Once again, I'm a 56-year old professional Seattle writer who needs to lost about 45 pounds, and I'm on a diet I've devised with a nutritionist. I've got stomach problems (IBS and reflux), so losing weigh that isn't coming off temporarily through illness is really a challenge. Would like to both and log and chat, to help inspire others and myself.

Join my group! I'll help you get started.
Go to the title "groups" in the top navigation, next to teams. Find get started on PT. then click join and I'll show you around.

Once you are in your groups and teams, you can click on other peoples logs and then "comment" on them. You'll see a comment section on your right, and you click add comment to communicate. You'll get the handle of it.
