What are your weekend exercise plans?

For many of us, this may be the last weekend of good weather. Here is Sacramento it's supposed to be 82 degrees, wahoo! I'm going for a 20 mile minimum bike ride and I'll walk my dog a couple times.

What is everyone planning to do this weekend to achieve their goals?

Not planning a darn thing. I work out 5x a week for 45 minutes solid at a pretty good intesity so that I can have weekends off - or perhaps I should say 'unstructured'. I don't want to feel obligated to do something or feel guilty if I don't. That's not to say i spend my weekends on the couch because I don't, but I also don't feel like I need to plan activity in order to make my fitness goals. Activity usually finds me :-). However chances are pretty good that if i wake up tomorrow and it's a gorgeous day I'll head out hiking or grab a friend for a walk and coffee.

Have fun!

Too cold where I live. Going to the gym for some weight lifting and walking on the treadmill.

I force myself out into the cold, or do workout videos inside! The weather is the worst excuse not to exercise. I will probably go for a long run tomorrow, and walk the dog and lift weights on Sunday.

I always do a long run on Saturday morning, since my husband is around to watch the kids and they're watching cartoons anyway. Tomorrow will be one hour on the treadmill, since it's supposed to be cold and rainy in Pittsburgh.
