A formula called "Fatigued to Fantastic" recommended by my MIL. Only been on it two weeks, but it seems to be working. Used to take zinc, vit C, magnesium and calcium, but this formula has it all.

GNC (local health chain) Women's ultra mega, but thinking about getting ultra mega active next time (has antioxidants & other stuff). I only take one pill in the morning, instead of the two they suggest. Seems to keep me from getting sick & since my diet isn't always great, helps my body get what it needs.

Women's One a Day Weight loss formula. I tried to donate blood one day, I donate regularly and know that my iron is low and always needs to be spun, but on this occasion I was denied because my iron was too low. I decided that it couldn't hurt since my iron is usually low to take a multivitamin and when I was trying to decide which one I saw the Weight loss formula and thought why not it can't hurt anything.

GNC Women's Ultra Mega. I just bought the Active which includes Antioxidants and energy. I'm sure I will like it. It's just a little more expensive than the regular women's ultra mega which I've been using for about 2 years and have loved.

I take a multivitamin pill w/ iron once a week. I don't think it does anything particularly special for me, but my intake is sometimes iron-poor and I just want to make sure I'm getting some.

I take a prenatal vitamin every morning even though I'm not pregnant. Doc says nothing wrong with that. I have noticed since taking the prenatals my hair looks great and healthy and my skin has really changed.

I take a "Mega Men" multivitamin. Also take piles of Vitamin C each day.

I take a multi vitamin, a vitamin c (cold and flu season), 2 relicore (supposed to block the cortisol) and 2 hoodia (supposed to calm down appetite). I think that taking supplements you're in a specific mode already and the supplements help. I want to keep my metabolism high even though I'm dieting. I have lost about 10-15 lbs in about 3 weeks, due to diet and exercise (and a stomach flu). I do not like the hoodia - I plan on replacing that with a type of xenedrine when it runs out. I also want to take a fish oil supplement and a greens protein since I am lacking on my vegetables.
