ode to my collar bone

I've lost about 15 lbs in the last 6 months ( I have 20 more to go). I'm noticing all these wonderful things happening - especially since working out with my personal trainer. My collar bone has reappeared, my waist is getting slimmer, my jaw line and cheek bones are starting to come back again.... it's a great feeling!

And I eat ALL THE TIME - five to six times a day!

Let's keep going everyone ... even through the holidays. This feels great. :)

I know what you mean though - it was so nice to say good-bye to my double chin and hello to my jawline :-)

Last holiday was tough, but not too damaging - I have a lot more tools for coping now so yeah! keep it happening!

i so know what you mean!! i had been heavy my whole life and never saw my collar bones-now i love wearing tank tops and strapless dresses because i have this great definition there (without looking sickly!). it sounds like such a little thing but it's not-it's huge for realizing how far you've come! congrats to all your hard work!!
