What have you added to your diet?

Curious what ONE THING you have added to your diet/ routine that is helping you. I religiously eat 2 apples with lunch and I swear it has helped me get to a weight I never thought possible.

Skim milk. It has a lot of protein, which is good for you, and it helps keep me filled up. Plus studies show adding 24 oz. of non-fat or low-fat milk per day helps people lose weight.

Water

Never drinking less than 68 oz of water a day, often times more. It's helped everything; my skin, my bathroom habits, my weight loss, my energy levels, amd much more. I really recommend it to everyone.

Not one food in particular but fiber. I've made sure to eat foods with more fiber in them and that's really changed the way I eat and aided my weight loss.

Quinoa (keen-wah)

It is an Incan grain, kinda like a cross between brown rice and barley but tastes much better. It is shown to be the healthiest grain to eat, high in fiber, lower in carbs and sodium. You can get it at Whole Foods for a few bucks...very filling so start with small portions and a rice steamer makes it best. Beware...causes some interesting looking bowel movements, but definitely helps to clean house.
