I LOVE my shape

I love the way God made me, and very happy to have a pear shaped body (small on top, big on bottom). I just want to get tighter overall.
Two training questions:
1. What are some good exercises to make my back really defined?
2. What exercises can I do to enhance my glutes (make them firmer and rounder, not necc. smaller)?
Thanks, and feel free in addition to the tips to say you love your shape too and why!

I disliked my shape when I was growing up because the "ideal" shape was a very thin boyish figure. I have curves, everywhere (think jennifer lopez or beyonce) and this was considered unattractive. Now I love my shape but designers still neglect to make clothes for small waists and hips. Hopefully they will catch on soon.

I LOVE my shape, too! I am 5'-7", 38, 28, 38. It's hard for me to find pants that fit in the waist, as well. I look best in my yoga pants because they hug every curve!

OP: Lat pull-downs are good for your upper back, as well as shoulder-press.
To get firmer buns, always think of them when doing your workouts and try to flex them while doing cardio. I also do the butt machine (don't know what it's called) and outter thigh machine actually pulls your butt together! I hear lunges are great too!

Do squats do the trick, too?

what about swimming? The swimmers in high school and college were always hotties...now that i think of it, so was the Men's gymnastics team in college. Wow, what a great place for a bus stop - right outside of their practice building!

lol, sorry got a little OT there...
