my bag contains.....

shoes
clothes
hair band
mp3 player
South Beach bars
water
padlock

I really don't need that much, so I don't have anything uberly high-tech or flashy - it's a floppy old 'hippie' cloth backpack that has great sentimental value and I will greatly mourn its loss when it finally gives out.

ok, i am not a websurfer paid to endorse products. that said, i LOVE the shick intuition - it's a razor & lather in-one and i can not believe how easy it makes shaving my legs. i do it more often now due to the convienence. and at the gym, it must be easy. i bring everything the above posters said: towel, flip-flops, trial size shampoos.. i also bring q-tips for water in the ears. another trick i have for showering at the gym/ combatting OCD is to bring a smaller hand-towel to put on the rug & stand atop as you are getting dressed so you don't have to stand on a soggy, powder-stained rug.

I bring most of what others have said. However, I do NOT bring water but I do bring any empty mineral water bottle I've saved. I fill it at the gym for free from one of the several water fountains there.

I also bring a magazine to read when i bike.

Good luck.

I have a little shower bag for my shampoo, conditioner, soap, razor, loofah, and a mud masque for when I sit in the sauna. I then have another little bag full of my face wash, toner, moisturizer, hair gel etc. These two bags I switch between my swim bag and gym bag. Gym bag has membership card, mp3 player, spare set of batteries, gymclothes, runners, water bottle and towels. Swim bag has suit, towels, moisturizers, hand paddles, short fins, cap, goggles, earplugs, and that foam thing for your legs when doing arms only...
