Lose alot with little effort!

I did the low carb/cal diet last year and lost 60lbs. I have since put on about 32lbs due to my "comfort zone" at home with my family and the holiday binges. I can do it again, but could use moral support last year and I am open to any new ideas to jump start or progress my plan!

To the 2:04 pm poster. I don't think you have to kill yourself the lose weight. This is a process and I think your post to the OP comes off as a bit condescending. She/He is looking for support, not judgement.

The OP said she did a low carb and low cal diet to lose the weight the first time. I hardly think that cutting calories is the easy way out.

Also, when you type in all caps it comes off as yelling.
