Hot Salt Baths with Lavendar Oil

I wanted to share a fanastic discovery I made. I bought a container of Bath Salts at Whole Foods that contain regular epsom salt plus sea salt high in calcium, magnesium and potassium. It also contains lavendar oil which helps calm the mind and body. The salts draw toxins from the body by stimulating lymph drainage, and the magnesium and sea salts have minerals that seep into your body. That is important because sea salt has the exact mineral composition as our blood. This kind of bath is very good for you, and you feel great, sort of like having a mini spa in your bathroom. I wish I had known about salt baths earlier!!!

Other oils like sage and rosemary and peppermint oil help to cleanse you and make you feel good.

I love lavender oil... I put some on a cotton pad and leave it near my nose if I'm stressed before bed or struggling to sleep, and I mix it with almond oil as a moisturizer for after the pool... even the bf loves the smell of it now ;) (Makes a GREAT massage oil when mixed with almond oil...)
