Good sources of food enzymes?

I am reading tha enzymes are the "spark plugs" of the human metabolism, but get destroyed by the heat of cooking. When they are missing you cannot completely digest proteins and carbs-- which often include bacteria, pus etc. You can only get them from raw foods. But I cannot find a good list of these foods. Do they mean any veggie or fruit? Or any raw food- like sushi?

The enzymes your body uses to digest food are created by your body. They are found in your stomach and small intestine, which is where digestion happens. If you want to eat raw food, enjoy! However, cooking food does not destroy enzymes needed by your body for digestion.
