Medifast Diet

I am seeing ads all over the internet for the Medifast diet. Is this a good approach or just good marketing?

hmmm. packaged foods specially prepared for weight loss, if you follow their regimen. and it's the new fad. yeah, probably works. like all other trendy, cute-named diets. there is another diet that i read and hear about all the time. it calls for eating small, frequent meals and lots of heart pumping exercise. it, too, is proven but somehow continues to face competion from newbie fad diets. the latter is my diet of choice and i would strongly recommend the same to anyone who is serious about losing weight and keeping it off.

here is a link to a medifast website. it says you will need to purchase 20 boxes of food at 14.75/box and eat any combination you want. c'mon! this is a sham of a scam!!
