How much did you gain while pregnant with your first baby?

Im very curious, as i have asked alot of friends and people i know would give me an honest answer. I know this is a slightly uncomfortable topic, so hopefully, since this dosent require any names.......I thought i would ask ;)
Im 5 1/2 months pregnant with my first and so far i have gained 23 lbs. Im having troulbe not gaining more than 4 lbs a month, even though i watch what i eat pretty carfully, minus a few slip ups......
So, how much did you gain???

i gained 50 lbs and i wish i had tried to reign it in better!! i did lose the 50, but it took over a year... i think i was too liberal with allowing myself things - like chocolate pudding or icecream everyday... double servings of things... and i got heavier and couldn't exercise as long, so i eventually stopped which was very bad b/c it was so hard to get back into it... i am an example of what not to do!

too much!

I gained 70 with my first. (And about 50 with my second). I way overdid it and used pregnancy as a license to eat and stop exercising. I would totally do it differently now.

23 pounds sounds reasonable to me. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just eat healthily to keep you and your baby well-nourished. No matter how much you gain, you will be able to lose it once you are able to start restricting calories again (meaning, after your baby is born and you are done nursing.) Just try to enjoy and appreciate this amazing time in your life.

I gained 35 pounds, but I had a friend who gained 75 pounds! My opinion has always been that you will gain what the baby needs to be healthy (as long as you aren't eating junk). Your first concern should be the baby's health -- there will be plenty of time after the baby is born to worry about losing the weight.

It sounds like you are exactly where you should be. Assuming you began your pregnancy at a healthy weight, you are gaining the right amount of weight for your stage in pregnancy - 1 pound per week through the second and third trimesters. If you gain 1 pound per week through the remainder of your pregnancy, you will have gained 35 pounds total. Again, exactly where you should be if you started your pregnancy at a healthy weight.

Don't worry - you will be able to take the weight off after the baby is born. Just focus on giving your baby the nutrients he or she needs to grow and be healthy.

If you're concerned, certainly discuss this matter with your practitioner. I did a Yahoo search for "pregnancy weight gain" - here's a link to a webmd article about weight gain during pregnancy.

My recorded weight gain (from 11 weeks, when I finally found a doctor, to two days before delivery) was 81 lbs.

I didn't use pregnancy as a license so much as the stress, exhaustion, physical imbalance, and conflict of being pregnant left me little energy. I walked every day with a friend who was also pregnant, and I tried to eat well.

When I was pregnant (four children) people could tell as early as 5 weeks--even strangers. I got the twins question constantly with my first and second, and by the third it was the triplets question, because by three or four months no one could believe I wasn't due in the next five minutes.

With my second I gained about 40; about 35 with my third; and about 30 with my fourth. My babies were big: 9 lbs 6 oz, 9 lbs 10 oz, 8 lbs 13 oz, and 9 lbs 12 oz. Believe it or not, that last was my girl and she's a petite little pixie now! All the boys are tall--my 14-year-old is taller than I am, and I'm 5' 8"--and on the slender side. I can hardly find pants for the two eldest, because they are built like pencils--my firstborn needs pants that are 32x36 right now, and those he has to belt. Secondborn needs 31x35, which don't even exist to my knowledge, and makes do with 32x34 but his new Sunday slacks look too short to me. (It would help if he'd wear dark socks...)

I was always slender until I started having children. First there was the weight gain of pregnancy, and then my life changed so much that it was a significant challenge to find time to work out or have the energy--mental and physical--to plan healthy foods and workout times. I've had everything in place off and on in the 18 years since I found out I was pregnant, but at other times, I've got so many irons in the fire that all my energy goes to my efforts not to burn out or burn up!

8:07 Not many doctors nowadays would tell someone at a healthy weight to gain 35 pounds, 35 pounds is for someone a bit underweight, and 20-25 for someone overweight. And for the record WebMD isn't the best source for medical info.

I'm really glad this is anonymous so nobody can hunt me down & kill me lol, but I only gained 5 pounds during my pregnancy. And the day after I gave birth, I weighed 30 pounds less than I did the day I got pregnant.

My baby weighed 8 pounds, 7 1/2 oz. (I had gestational diabetes).

But, I should clarify that I weighed 200 lbs the day I got pregnant...

I gained 24 pounds and weighed less when it was all done, yeah!. No one even knew I was pregnant until I actually brought the baby home, I could see the neighbors looks of surprise. Maybe because I was already 35 pounds overweight. I didn't really start showing until I was about 7 months. I also got gestational diabetes so I was ultra careful of what I ate and walked 2 miles after dinner every night. After about a month I was 10 pounds less then my start weight, weird huh?

I've been married 2 years, my sister had a baby and I was pregnant 2 weeks later...sometimes I still think "glad it's not mine" though. I'm sure that will change with my own. There are days where I'm so excited I could scream and days when I wonder what the hell I've gotten myself into. I pretty sure that's normal though.
My doc said 25 pounds, no more. I'm normal in the range of weight.

Going to resume walking again.......even in the cold! I need to, so that i dont feel like the fat blob I have been feeling like.

My first baby I gained 55 pounds. I was healthy, did not develop gestational diabetes and my baby was 7 pounds 13 oz when I gave birth. Those 25 - 30 pounds are a guideline but it's not a one size fits all. Always consult a physician but if your vitals are good, then you have to listen to that and your body.

This is a great thread, as I'm in my first trimester and was wondering about all this. It's great to hear that after having babies, so many women got down to their pre-pregnancy weight. My big fear is that I'll gain a lot of weight and not be able to lose it again!
Thanks, everyone!

I disagree that doctors wouldn't recommend 35 lbs any more. Mine did. I guess the poster above could simply claim that he's a lousy idiot of a doctor then, but I'd disagree. I think for a healthy woman, 20 lbs is on the low side. Considering my baby weighed 9 lbs 12 oz, and there's added breast tissue, the weight of the baby's support structure (uterine lining), plus added blood volume...25-35 lbs isn't unreasonable.

As for when "glad it's not mine" turned into "ah, I want one"--maybe about two months into my 4th pregnancy I thought, "Oh, I can't wait to meet this one." That's as close as I ever got.

But you can't have big kids and teenagers without having babies, and I really love my big kids!
'
(Well, okay, before someone gets persnickety, you CAN adopt older kids if that's what you want to do. I wanted to raise them myself, though.)

I think WebMD and one's own doctor (as was suggested) are a heck of a lot better source than, say, an open board like this where you have no idea who the poster even is, much less his or her qualifications to answer for the entire medical field...

Hi. I will be trying to concieve next year! I love reading all of these comments, and I'm glad that a lot of you got down (and close) to your pre-pregnancy weight.

I was reading a preganancy book yesterday. It mentioned being in the best shape you can and still working out and eating well while you are pregnant (I was worried that I wouldn't be able to exercise). It also gave a break down of what you will gain. Their brake down gave a range of 27-31 lbs. depending on the size of your baby. That sounds resonable to me (although I've never had a baby). My friend had a baby not too long ago, and I think she may have gained 60-70 lbs. and everyone asked her if she was having twins! She really hated that!

The book also metioned eating less than 2,000 calories per day for the first 2 trimesters and eating 300 more calories during your last trimester...like eating an extra banana and glass of milk per day.

Congrats on the new baby!!

I'm not quite 4 months and have already gained 14 pounds. My doctor is worried that I'm putting on weight too quickly. I was already overweight when I started (157 lbs.) and now am at 171 lbs. I am so uncomfortable with the wieght gain but feel starved all the time and no morning sickness which I hear is horrible so I'm glad about that. Any advice on how to not gain weight too quickly??

I gained 70 lbs with my first child. I had complications early on and was told no exercise or sex for the remainder of the pregnancy. The only 'bad' food I ate was ice cream every night.

With my 2nd, I gained 50. I was still about 30 lbs overweight when I got pregnant again (never lost all of the 70) and my Doc told me that if I gained 5 lbs, he would be happy.

During both pregnancies, I had an odd reverse morning sickness. If I DIDN'T have something in my stomach, I felt very sick. I didn't eat too many unhealthy snacks (no chips, etc) but I did eat lots of cheese and full-fat yogurt.

Everything I have read and seen with friends has been that 30 lbs is ok if you're starting at a normal weight. Those 30 will come right off in the first few months after birth with very little effort. It's anything over that that you will have to work to lose.

Let's not forget that breast feeding burns TONS of calories so do everything you can to breastfeed. My son had issues so I had to supplement with formula but I still pumped day and night for the first 8 months.

I'll workout when i have the energy and eat what I feel my body wants.

I have no idea how or why however I only gained 9 lbs with my first baby and 12 lbs with my second. And, my first son weighed 9.3 and second weighed 9.6.

I'm guessing this only happened because I started out weighing about 180 lbs when I first got pregnant with both kids. I guess my body didn't need anymore fat because it already had enough? Who knows. Thankfully it was only that amount. My Dr. told me in the beginning to try not to gain any more than 15-20 lbs, for my entire pregnancy. I thought my Dr. was crazy for saying that, I sort of still do, but for some reason I didn't.

Most importantly, enjoy your pregnancy. You're growing an actual person inside of you. That's awesome! It's a beautiful thing and you're blessed to be able to do just that. Enjoy it and try not to worry too much about how much weight you’re gaining. You're having a baby!!!!! Congratulations!

I gained 20 pounds during my pregnancy. I was 30 pounds overweight going into my pregnancy and tried my best to not gain too much weight. Not really a problem because I was pretty queasy for the first trimester. I gained most of my weight during the second trimester when I was constantly hungry. I ate small meals throughout the day - yogurt, apple with peanut butter, a veggie burger, salads. I really worked on getting in my calcium and my fruits and veggies. My child was born one month premature and weighed 6 pounds. Breast feeding didn't work, although I pumped and supplemented with formula for the first six weeks. I didn't lose any weight after my child was born. I finally started weight watchers about eighteen months after the birth and have gotten down to pre-pregnancy weight. Now, I'm working on losing the weight I had gained before I got pregnant.

I was normal weight when I got pregnant (about 115lbs at 5'3") and I ended up gaining close to 50 pounds (EEK!) I was up (15 pounds by 20 weeks.) I did not adopt the 'I'm pregnant therefor I can eat whatever I want.' Rather, for the first time ever, I was absolutely ravenous those first three months. While my appetite died down after that first trimester my eating habits continued. A bad combination! And I even kept up my walking, cardio and strength training all through my pregnancy - even when I was 6 days past due. I shudder to think what I would've weighed had I not exercised! If there's a next time I will make sure I do not gain that much weight - it's no fun trying to lose so much weight after you have the baby, especially knowing I could've avoided it by just not having that bowl (or two) of cereal for a midnight snack!

With my first baby, I was about 28# overweight when I got pregnant (148#). I was tremendously sick the entire pregnancy, morning noon and night and I guess I adopted an attitude of eating only what I truly enjoyed since it was probably going to make me sick anyways... (EVERYTHING made me sick), so I ate bad stuff. By time I delivered my baby I was around 198#. She was 8#6oz, and I lost about 30# within a month or two and it took me until her first birthday to be in the 140's and by then I was pregnant again.

This tme around I'm 27 weeks, I was about 150 when I got pregnant and then I lost down to 141 during first 8 weeks or so (eating healthier, not drinking soda or beer, walking daily etc). I'm weighing 159 right now.

I just gave birth 13 weeks ago..I gained 32 pounds currently down 23lbs. I ran into my seventh month, continued gym workouts and walking daily till day b/f giving birth. Had an unplanned c-sec ..I was back in gym working out lightly 15 days after and now I just keep refocusing on getting back into shape healthy, oh yeah just stopped nursing that helps w/ weight loss.I mean the nursing part then actually stopping supposedly lets your body not think your in prego mode and will allow the extra fat to be released b/c no longer needed.. Bottom line be healthy during and post pregnancy and be happy you are going to be a mom...I must say it is so worth the TEMPORARY weight gain! I've never been happier. So from one new mom to a soon to be congrats God Bless you,and Good luck!

I gained 30 lbs and found it extremely easy to eat really well while pregnant. For the first time in my life, I was never hungry, so had to force myself to eat most of the time. ( My daughter is a skinny ectomorph who eats like a bird so I wonder if that was the influence).

I have a strong belief that what ever goes into the mother goes into the baby so I was very careful about what went into me from food to everything else. Being allowed to co-create with God is an awesome responsibility and honor.

After she was born I was always famished and proceeded to gain all my weight as I had a hard time taking care of all her needs as well as my own. She just turned 7 and I am just now getting it together to get this excess weight off.

2:09 Hi 1:33 here it is true it is recommended to wait 6 or even 8 weeks after c-sec to begin work outs, but I was really feeling good, sore but I was smart and knew to listen to my body. Also the doctors said that like during preg since it was not something new that I was doing or starting that it was fine and actually encouraged as long as I kept it on the light side.
Also I want to say congrats to you good luck w/ your pregnancy you are doing great, I wish you all the best!

< just stopped nursing that helps w/ weight loss.

Sorry, that is TOTALLY incorrect. Nursing helps one lose weight and every study shows that the longer you do it the better it is for your child and you. I had several nursing friends who lost all their pregnancy weight very easily and all of them said the nursing helped. You are actually at a disadvantage if you stop nursing as that makes weight harder to lose. Surprisingly nursing burns a ton of calories

Nursing burns anywhere from 500-600 calories each day!

What insane person would give that up not to mention that there is NOTHING that is better for your baby! Nursed babies get sick MUCH less than those that are bottle fed, it is the easiest way to do things ( no heating bottles, heck I could nurse while I shopped and stood in line at the grocery store with no one the wiser). My pregnancy and nursing times were some of the happiest in my life.

I gained 30 pounds. I worked out through the entire pregnancy with low impact aerobics and stationary bike when I could. I also added a lot of fruit to my diet. I left the hospital in my pre-pregnancy jeans. However, I was 22. I don't think I could pull that off now.
My advice, don't skimp on the lotion and baby oil. The stretch marks are unforgiving if you even skip one part of your body.

I am surprised by how many say they have to lose weight after the baby. I understand 10 pounds or less if you've gained more then the recommended amount of weight but really someone who gains 25-30 pounds should be fine a month or so after giving birth. I mean an average baby weighs 7 pounds, placenta 2, blood loss 2.5, fluids upon giving birth about 2. So when everything is said and done and the swelling goes down it seems like a lot of women I know are back to their pre-pregnancy weight. The only women I know who had a lot of weight to lose were the ones who thought they had to eat for 2 and eat whatever and whenever they wanted, and gained 50+.. I had one friend who ate like a pig, constant fast foods and crap, she gained 80 pounds and couldn't understand why she was so fat after, she had to lose 50+ pounds, she never did lose but like 10 and then got pregnant again and did the same thing over again even though we told her. She ended up gaining about 85 pounds and to this day is about 100-120 pounds overweight.

Oh please 12:25 there is a huge difference between a FEW EXTRA pounds and 85 pounds. It sounded like she was a good friend, she mentioned that the girl couldn't understand why she had so much to lose and the next time she got pregnant she said something. I would definitely want someone to say something to me if I was eating crappy food and packing on an extremely unhealthy amount of weight while pregnant. It may hurt at the moment but in the long run it would make you stop and think about what your doing to yourself and the baby. Someone who gains that much weight and then can't understand why it didn't all come off after the baby clearly needs to be told. And then she went and did it again. And you know what you should feel bad about gaining 85 pounds while pregnant, thats almost 10 pounds a month, your stuffing your face with crap, fast food, junk food because you think you have a license to eat that way. Nowaday and age women should know better. And I don't care what anyone says if your eating good lean meats, fresh fruits and veggies and good complex carbs you are not going to gain that much weight. I guess she thought she'd have a 50 pounds baby?

I am sure the person didn't go calling her friend a fat A$@. I also feel pretty confident in saying that the new mother probably brought up the weight issue to her friend and she was truthful. Can't fault her for that. Maybe if more of us had friends like 12:04 there would be fewer overweight people trying to blame baby weight after the kids have already left for college.

Calm down 10:01 - this isn't a Le Leche forum. Not everyone loses weight when they breast feed. I did it for a year and I didn't really lose weight until I stopped. Some women are so concerned about affecting their milk supply by not eating enough that they don't begin to lose the weight until they stop nursing and can feel confident their calorie restriction won't affect their baby.

Tuesday, January 29, 2008, 1:26 PM

How dumb is it to stop nursing your baby at only 13 weeks so that you can go to the gym yo work out? You burn more calories nursing than at the gym and the baby would be happier and healthier!!

If you are not losing weight when you are nursing then you are not eating the right foods. One only has to worry about milk supply the first few months, but for the most part if you are eating well ( lean meats, Tons of veggies and fruits, good carbs, not processed foods etc) and drinking water the weight will roll right off. The same food that is good for you is good for the babies milk and is made just for your particular baby.

Most people who don't over gain in pregnancy, eat healthy and exercise moderately( walk) and nurse, lose it very quickly. Like most things it is easy if you stay conscious.

I was overweight going into both my pregnancies, and gained a relatively small amount of weight. With both kids, I lost weight in the first trimester because of morning sickness. Pregnancy one, I gained 18 pounds, and about 22 the second time around. Both times, the extra weight came off within the first month. Now the extra weight that was there prepregnancy, that's what i'm working on now. Can't blame that on the babies.

1:52 Shame on you

I am the mother who stated the fact about when I stopped nursing! How dare you judge someone. If you nurse good for you, perhaps good for your baby. I did nurse as long as I could, now do I enjoy the gym,yes a matter a fact I love going and working out it keeps me and my mind healthy. that is not the reason I stopped nursing you see I actually nursed and went to the gym, all possible and wonderful. So is formula a wonderful alternative to breastfeeding! I still love my chid and the fact that I have been told to stop nursing by my doctors b/c I had to have a lump removed that they have biopsied and will be removing another on Friday well I would say a good reason to stop nursing! So once again I say to you and any other judgemental know it all breast feeding preacher JUST RELAX !!! Do not judge you have no idea why some mothers choose or are forced to make a the choice to stop nursing! A good mother is not judged on what she feeds her child but how she loves and raises them, guess what I feel sorry for your child b/c you should be ashamed of the unkind act you displayed here. Next time think outside the box b/f you write on a thread!

I gained 80 lbs with my pregnancy! I was reading the comments about how it's easy to stay within the recommended weight gain and people are just stuffing their faces with crap if they gain that much. Man, I wish it was that easy! There were lots of reasons I gained 80 lbs, starting with the fact that for the first 3 months, if I wasn't eating I was throwing up. And don't even think about showing me a vegetable - instant nausea. After that, my work was very time consuming and I was totally exhausted, and tried to get energy from food because I didn't have time to get enough sleep (I know that isn't great logic, but it's what happened). Since I had my baby, I lost the whole 80 lbs plus another 20. If I could do it again, I would have tried to eat better, but hopefully I'll have learned something for next time. In short, it's not just "eat a balanced diet and you'll be fine", life and hormones get in the way when you're pregnant!

And to the OP - don't worry. You can't do anything about the weight you've already gained and don't want to diet at this point. I have the world's healthiest baby boy and am healthy and thin, even after 80 lbs. You may not walk out of the hospital in your pre-pregnancy jeans, but you can lose any weight you've gained after the baby comes!

I gained 37 with the first baby and 31 with the second. And during my pregnancies, I enjoyed every morsel of food I put into my mouth because they were the only 18 months in the last 27 years that I wasn't on a diet!

I gained 43 pounds while pregnant and had a very healthy child. Taking the weight off is a different story for everyone though. I had heard that breastfeeding was the trick to easy weight loss, but it wasn't for me. I nursed for about 18 months, and didn't lose any weight while nursing. I was hungrier while nursing than I ever was while pregnant. I tried to restrict calories, but my milk supply declined. I tried incorporating cardio workouts - and again my milk supply declined. After I weened my son was when I could finally go on a low-cal diet and get the cardio going again and start to lose the weight. Everyone's body is different and as a mother we just have to do the best we can for our child. Sometimes that means holding on to a little extra weight for awhile, but sacrifices are a part of being a mother. And as I said, now I'm getting the weight off and happy about that - so that I can just get knocked up again in a couple years - lol.

I just gave birth to my 2nd child, I gained 25 pounds, my first I gained 27 pounds. But I was very careful about what and how much I ate. My first I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight in 3 weeks. I am hoping that this will be the same. Its been 1 week already and I am down 10 pounds.

110 pounds? Holy shit! Did you just go hog wild (no pun intended)? I can't imagine how much you were eating to have gained that much weight.

My 1st I gained 24 pounds
2nd 32 pounds
3rd 27 pounds

With all these pregnancies I was about 30 pounds overweight to begin with, and lost all the pregnancy weight within the first month.

Please help!

I was reading the comment by the lady who gained 80 lbs during her pregnancy and lost the whole 80 lbs plus another 20.

I gained 80 lbs to during my pregnancy. I don't know why at all. I tried to eat well. I walked and did pilates. I wasn't overweight going into it. I felt so judged by so many people.

My son is not 6 months old and I've lost 40 lbs but the last are going so slow. How did you loose the weight afterwards? Were you breastfeeding? How long did it take you to "get back to normal" Please help me!!! I'm having a hard time with all of this

How long...

I'm having a hard time getting the weight off... and I'm nursing... I keep wondering if after I'm finished nursing the weight will come off easier. How easy is it coming off now that you're not nursing. How much do you need to get off? How quickly is it coming off? Any advice you have is welcome... Nursing is my priority but I need some hope that there's a light at the end of this tunnel

33 with the first, 42 with the second. The second was complete abandon because I had worked so hard to lose the first baby weight and was looking all awesome because I monitored everything that went in my mouth and worked out like a fiend. Then, second pregnancy had a bunch of complications and that awful PUPP rash. If I had to shower in cold water with pine tar soap (I smelled like an old mitt), then slather myself with benadryl 100x a day, man, I was eating ice cream every night!!!!

Pregnancy Weight Gain

I am 23 and expecting my third child......I was about 150 lbs. when I was 8 weeks pregnant. I am now 24 weeks pregnant and have gained about 20 lbs. I didn't think that was so bad and my Dr. got on to me today and told me I need to cut back on things like french fries and Ice Cream....lol The funny thing is I have been very careful this time around and I don't hardly ever eat french fries and maybe had a bowl or two of ice cream the whole pregnancy. I eat a salad and banana for lunch and then whatever I cook for dinner and then maybe a midnight snack....like a banana and strawberries.

My first I was 118 lbs. when I got pregnant and was 165 lbs. when I delievered (a boy)

My second I was 130 when I got pregnanat and I only gained 25 lbs. and was smaller after I had her then I was when I got pregnant.

We don't need no haters!

Wow, I came to this thread for information and I've come to discover how catty women can be! Why do we have to put each other down for how we choose to feed our babies, how young or old we have our babies, or even how much weight we gained during pregnancy? If you choose to judge others and make a snarky comment, it really gives me reason to believe that you have some real insecurities in your own life. Yes, the internet is faceless, but that doesn't give people the right to spew hatred. We don't need no haters! Peace and love and healthy pregnancies.

2:51 - then you'll want to stay FAR away from pregnancy and parenting message message boards. It gets UGLY! I had no idea parenting was so wrought with judgment until I got pregnant! Definitely a lot of negative energy out there...

70 lbs with my first --- it was ugly! I ended up outweighing my husband! I simply overate and didn't exercise enough because I was nervous about harming the baby. Totally unfounded, but that was my reasoning plain and simple. I had no problem losing the weight and gained only 30 with my 2nd pregnancy. I certainly felt MUCH better the 2nd time around!

Good luck to all you preggo's out there! Wishing you healthy pregnancies and healthy babies!

im currently studying reproductive biology at uni and according to my lecture: Increase in maternal weight gain (average of 12 kg=26.4554715 pounds).
• Most gain during 2nd and 3rd trimester. Only ¼ of gain is due to weight of fetus (~3.5 kg).
interestingly the distribution is as follows:
fetus: 3.5 kg
placenta: 0.5 kg
uterus: 0.9 kg
breast (glandular) 0.4 kg
blood: 1.2 kg
fat: 3.0 kg
body fluids: 2.6 kg

Weight gain in my first pregnancy

I started at 108 lbs and I gained 60 lbs by the end. I went 5 days over due and gave birth naturally to a 9 lbs 7 ozs baby. Im 5 7" so I tried to keep at 136lbs, but I was at that by a month post preg. Exactly like 9 months later I was back down to 105 llbs. I eat relatively healthy and I try to stay on the go. Its been 13 months since I had my baby girl, and Im now 9 weeks pregnant. To be honest, I think Im hungrier this time around, so Im definatly scared of the outcome. :P

I gained 75- I ended at 187. Very upsetting BUT i was sick for 4 months gaining 13lbs each month due to allergies and asthma that turned into bronchitus and upper resp. infection. I have lost 65bs. Now time for that last little bit of weight before summer hits.

who cares

You gain the weight for your baby- My stomach has loose skin because I didn't breastfeed long enough to get it tightened. So hopefully my 2nd baby can do it. My son got thrush and I didn't know about the pump and toss rule, so i got thrush, then he got it again then passed it to me. Eventually thrush caused me to go dry about 6 weeks after I gave birth.

I gained 40 lbs and im at 25 weeks, before I got pregnant I was on a strict diet and lost over 100lbs I ran everyday 5-10 kms, now I cant stop gaining, I go to the gym everyday 1.5 hours in the morning and 1.5 at night. but only do walking and the elliptical. my doctor said not to worry because I eat very healthy. We cant explain the weight gain, except for the fact I went from eating 1200 cal or less to 2000. I guess my baby needs it is all I can say. Even thou I am very happy to be pregnant, I hate looking in the mirror and seeing chub! I'm just crossing my fingers it comes off after baby is born, and I can start running again.

Exercises for Belly Fat

Women, even if nature did not endow them with a pronounced waist, they know how to keep yourself in shape. You, too, are doing everything to get rid of extra inches: rock press, reduced-calorie diet – and the result is not. We will help you achieve the effect of the exercises for belly fat. The reason for your failures – not that you are trying to post little in training or not limit yourself to sweet. The whole thing – the wrong approach: after exercise and diet for flat media should be chosen, taking into account areas of fat deposition in the abdomen. As a rule, women are two of them: the lower and upper abdomen. Identify your problem area – and begin to act as soon as possible!
