Back on the Saddle! Clark is BACK!
So I did the peer trainer thing religiously a year ago for about a week until I broke my wireless card thing and couldn't get on the internet....well Im back and looking for a cool group/team to join
Since I started college I have steadily been gaining weight. Now that I have parted from the high calorie/drunken environment known as college I can better concentrate on getting in shape! No longer do I face the daily temptation of drunken debauchery but rather a new challenge, A DESK JOB. I swear to god I am sitting at a desk 7h 46 min of my 8 hour work day. All around me, my colleagues are munching on delicious cheez-its, cookies, soda, chocolate, fried foods, and every other delicious, uniquely American delicacy you can think of. I MUST NOT GET SUCKED INTO THE DARK SIDE!
Now, I have quite a bit of "extra padding." I don't know what I weigh right now, but I think I need to lose around 25 pounds.
I will do this by eating right, and maintaining a consistent workout schedule. All too often I will do great and work out Sunday to Thursday and then decided to take a day off. Before I know it three days have passd and the motivation to workout is GONE. I need to avoid this.
Anybody know of a good group or team I can join that is active?? I am going to be logging EVERYTHING starting tomarrow and am actually really excited about it
