Nutrition and Points for Indian Food

I am having a hard time finding a good source of information on indian food-- I have searched the usual suspects and not coming up with much. any ideas?

It's hard to find the nutritional content of many types foods!

I agree-- it's tough...
I am looking for the nutritional values in other types of Asian Foods--some are downright impossible to figure out due to the more unusual ingredients used. (i.e. things not charted in the USDA food charts.) It's not even because the food is all that "unsual", but that it's not food commonly consumed by Americans....

I've been trying to find the nutritional value of beef tendon (used in some soups)... If anyone knows a source, please post a link!!!
