Billy Blank's workouts

Hi

I was planning to try out kickboxing tapes and chanced to on Billy Blanks bootcamp workout tape and seems like its a good plan. I walk about 3-4 times a week for about an hour, that's how fit I am. I have also had a back ailment a few months ago due to some injury I bore at the gym. Thats when I needed some physiotherapy sessions to help recover from it. I have been well for the past 2 months and was wondering if people have any ideas on whether these workouts of Billy Blanks can affect my back or as long as I keep a good form and follow instructions, I should be good ?

Thanks for any suggestions

i would say...use w caution. i have sporadic back problems & sometimes i do it & i'm fine & other times i have hurt myself. for example...the one dvd has more focus on kicking (i forget which one) & for the next several days there was pinched nerve sensation in my lower back. it worked itself out w advil & taking it easy, but i couldn't bend over for about a week.
