Need motivation to keep up your healthy lifestyle on the weekend?

Anyone else having trouble sticking to their diet/healthy eating/exercise routine on the weekends?? Do you lose weight during the week but then gain it all back on the weekends? Let's all motivate each other to stick to our "plans" on Saturday & Sunday... and even come up with new challenges for us all to do so we can LOSE weight on the weekends and not gain!!

I think this is a great idea. Most of my groups and teams slack on posting over the weekends, and that is when I need it the most. I like knowing that i'm being monitored, and I really need to be encouraged to post on the weekends. I find it really easy to find something "better" to do. Maybe we should start a team to try to keep us motivated? What are your thoughts?
