click "my info: at the top of the page,
then click the tab labeled "preferences"

a few lines down there will be a box you can check mark to be listed as "on vacation."

be aware tho that even tho you mark this you will be dropped from your groups if you don't log in within 7 days... it happened to me!

have a nice vacation!

Was I just lucky? I went on vacation in August for about 17 days and changed my status to 'on vacation' and my groups were waiting for me the instant I returned.

No, I have never been dropped, if I use to vacation check-mark.

I think the 14-day rule is 'relaxed' during certain times of the year, like August and December, because a 2-week vacation can, in reality, add up to 16-18 days. However, I've never seen anyone make it past 3 weeks except on Teams, where no one ever time expires, unfortunately. 50% of my Teams are deadweight.
