Curious-i've been nauseous and had loose-ish stools (not quite diarrhea) for two days but have not thrown up, and no major adominal pain. Could this be a stomach flu? Or food poisoning? Or would i be a lot sicker if that was the case?

What has your diet been like the past few days?
It could be bacterial, or it could also be a reaction to something you ate

I've had the same thing the last couple days! I'm curious too. My diet lately has been normal.

A very mild flu has been going around my family. It's so mild that no one has lost a day of work, but there's dry throat, mild stomach upset, headache, low fever, and a little muscle soreness. Today I had to stop my workout due to nausea.

If you haven't been eating anything out of the ordinary its probably just a bacterial thing that's going around. Sometimes eating rice or banana can help with the loose bowels/diarhea. Also, be sure to stay hydrated. It will pass :)
