What is your kryptonite?

Last night (V Day) my husband bought a cookie cake for dessert and I ate 1/4 of it. I couldn't stop! I started feeling a little ashamed so I did stop but I'm pretty sure I could have eaten a lot more. I made my husband throw the rest of it out while I'm at work today. I am completely powerless against cookie cakes. I can't have them in the house or anywhere around me. It's like this weird sickness where I kept going back for more and more even after I'd satisfied my "sweet tooth". I'm curious what foods other people have trouble dealing with.

pizza, french fries and garlic bread...I guess that's three different types of kryptonite for me!

mine isn't a food -- it's too much work and lack of sleep. I get sleep-deprived and then I will eat ANYTHING.

I have 3

1 Biggie here. I binge when I am tired
2 chocolate
3 Pie, especially pecan pie

If I am in a situation where I have to deal with all 3, I'm done for

One is too many and a thousand is never enough!

Anything that is good and bad for me. One piece of pizza and I am through, Chocolate, all I have to do is smell is and my mouth starts watering. Cookies, or mondo muffins from costco, first I'll eat a 1/4, then the other 1/4 then forget it, i'll finish it off.

Other extremes, I get so consumed, I'll over do it on like brussel spouts and then have total gas.

I can even chew a pack of gum in a sitting.

I am truly and addict!!!!!!!

OMG

If I were to binge, this is what it would be

Blooming onion from Outback
Bag of funyuns
Sourdough jack and curly fries from Jack in the box
And for dessert a big bowl of mixed up UNCOOKED brownie mix...

.... I think I better go eat a banana now before something bad happens....

Fighting

Arguing with the wife, when this happens I seem to lose all focus, For the most part we have a very happy household, but when things go wrong I simply cannot focus properly and lose sight of the goals.
