Self Challenge Team

I've started a Self Challenge team for all of you who are planning on completing the Self Challenge starting on February 26. It's a 3 month challenge from Self magazine where they give you workout challenges/goals and nutrition goals.

I will be completing the challenge and logging in daily. I'll also give feedback and motivation for those who need it. Please join my team if you want firm up, get in shape, and lose 5-15 lbs by spring.
