Getting your bum in shape!
OK.....we are all on PT to get healthy and in shape, but has anyone out there found any exersizes exeptional for getting your butt in shape?

Squats, squats, and more squats. All different kinds of squats - flat surface, off a step, off a bosu, isometric holds, you name it.
And then there are the non-cardio moves that won't help with the shedding of fat but will help with the sculpting of the muscle - basically all the stuff you do on all fours (hamstring curls, donkey kicks, bent-leg pulses, etc).
It also might be worth looking up Gunnar Peterson's books/DVDs - he's Jennifer Lopez's trainer, so I'm guessing he's got a few nuggets of wisdom to share when it comes to The Butt.
