ditto, I've had so many diet faliures, but this time around I'm at my lowest weight ever, had a few isolated slip ups but don't feel like jumping off the wagon, and have changed my thinking about dieting and exercise that has translated into a true lifestyle change. I truly don't think this would have happened without the accountability and support of PT and its members. Great, great website!
