Need advice on stregth training
I want to step up my workouts by adding weights I am thinking of this as a plan.
3 days Mon-Wed-Fri starting with 45 min cardio then strength training upper-lower-upper, rotating every week lower- upper-lower. Tuesday-Thursday 70 min cardio? Also i would like to keep a chart of my sets and weight used, is there a site to get this type from chart? If not I can make one in excel.

There are lots of different places you can get charts.
Are you new to WL or have you just slacked off?
You might try periodizing - where you alternate a few weeks of slower/heavier lifting with a few weeks of faster/lighter lifting (endurance)
