"YOU on a diet" book

Has anyone here tried this diet? I'm reading the book now, just curious to hear about peoples experience while doing it and if you really lose 2" off you waist in 2 weeks. Thanks!

I own/have read the book, and I love it! I don't follow the diet or the exercises, but a lot of the science has really helped me change my bad habits. I have lost 5" off my waist, to date.

I've been working on incorporating these changes in to my lifestyle, especailly in the last few months. My clothing is looser and I'm down about 8 pounds. I don't look at it as a diet but as lifestyle changes and improvements. I'm sure if I followed it to the letter I would lose weight faster, but this is working for me.

the diet book

I started the "smash the fat" diet only a week and a half ago and I'm down 15 lbs. This book works. The first 9 days(detox) I was down `10. So this book, for me, is great.
