Stop the whining

I'm here to lose 20 lbs. and get fit. Not by crazy cardio and eating non-food, but by eating whole food and taking on a balanced, but challenging, workout routine.
I want to find people with similar goals and like-minded toughness. No excuses, no whining. Life is hard. I want people who know that, roll with it, and make their goals happen anyway.
Who's in?

Who the heck was whining?

I think most of us here know that it is hard work to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

What inspired this thread?

I'd be in... so long as we're neither going to take excuses or need the constant "way to go" "good effort" "yay for you" sappiness...

I agree with mariarose. I don't whine about the effort involved in weighloss, but I enjoy the sappy "way to go" and "yay for you". Sometimes I give myself "yay for me's".

Sappy sappy me. :)
