Sugar/Salt craving cycles
I am having serious issues with the sugar/salt craving cycle. Any ideas on how to break it for good?

For me, that is a sure sign that I have dropped the ball on my water intake. I need 1 gallon a day, and when I spend too many days under that, then I have problems, one of which is sweet/salt craving.
Try more water, more veggies, less fruit.

While true, I haven't been consuming as much water as in the past, I'm not sure it's just the lack of water. Eat something salty and it's a 1/2 hour later the craving for sweet. Eat something sweet and it may be an hour before the salt craving hits.

I second the water suggestion. When I crave the salt/sugar thing it's because I'm dehydrated. Maybe you should stay away from the initial "start". Is there a specific food that triggers it?
