New Member-

Hi everyone, i just had a couple questions. i filled out my profile, and account info, then i guess that i automatically signed into the starter group....but now what. I read all the benefits to being here, but I am not really sure "what to do now". I know that this probably sounds silly, and that I probably missed something somewhere, but if you could help that would be great.

Thanks-
Happy Spring!

look in the groups link or teams to find what kind of support you need. than join a group.. try to find a active one for support I have about 3 or 4 groups and a few teams more support the better just make sure you can keep up with comments for the groups and teams .. dont spread yourself to thin..

the most important part about PT I find is LOG LOG LOG. Log everything you put into your mouth .. I do and the people in My groups and teams watch My logs. if I havent had My water they remind Me . its wonderful to have that added accoutability of knowing people are watching out for you. and you are doing the same. celebrating the triumphs and supporting the setbacks and bad days. we all have them.

welcome to PT.. its a wonderful place full of many likeminded peple. if I can help in any way dont hesitate to ask.

welcome! if you're in a get started group, I'm sure you'll be greeted soon. Start logging and read through other logs and think about your goals.

The above responses pretty much sum up what you need to do to get going, but I still wanted to say welcome. I hope PT is a great experience and tool for you, it definitely has been for me.
