I don't know how to word this so I'm just going to say it...

After the wedding, please do yourselves a favor and stay in some kind of maintenance mode!

My brother's-fiance's-sister lost 40 lbs for her wedding day and she looked fabulous!!! I saw her last weekend (a year after the wedding) and she had put on at least 50 lbs, she was larger than when she started.

It's just something I will never understand and I've seen it many other times!

I was fat on my wedding day and I will never get another chance to do it over. I regret it. If you want this then please push hard! Those pictures will be on your wall forever.

I have put my target for this week to give up completely the tea intake at workplace. reason: I dont take tea only.. I eat a biscuit or a cookie.. If i have my dite biscuit which has only 4 calories.. then its fine.. but many a times.. it gets over as my colleagues also share it with me.. so i end up having any cookie my colleagues offer.. which later on comes out to be of 50-60 calories each.. this adds on to 100-200 extra calories every day.. this is day 3 an di haven''t had any tea at work.. instead i eat a fruit. Hope it works..

10:12pm - Amen to that sister!!! I lost 30lbs for my wedding last year, put 10 of those back on on the honeymoon alone!!!

Now I've had to lose those 10lbs plus I'm now trying to lose a little more to get to my ideal weight... it's so hard to start again!

Don't make our mistakes and put on what it took soooo much effort and time to lose... without that goal of the dress it's so easy to get complacent. Make sure you have another mini-goal in mind for after the wedding day!

Most of all though, have fun on your big days!!!
