WW point booster question?
QUESTION..... about the point booster, I have all my material from a couple years ago on WW in one of the hand outs I believe its week 3, it speaks about only being allowed 12 points at most per week and not to excercise just to eat more. I understand that but I was given a Points booster and for my intensity and exercise time my exercise points are 13 xtra and since I exercise 5 days a week at 1st I was thinking I had those everyday. can anyone explain the points booster and how it works or is supposed to work. At this point I am not using many extra points 2 or 3 here and there but the point booster confilict is confusing.

I am currently doing Weight Watchers, and as I understand it, you count the activity points every day. In the front of the weekly log where you track your points there is a place to count as many as 28 activity points per week.

First I don't really understand what your saying but...
You can earn as many activity points in a day as you want BUT you can only use up to 4 of those points a day towards your food intake. You can not use them later or save them for another day. My leader and several others suggest that you don't even pay attention to the extra earned activity points unless you have gone slightly over. I never seem to use my 35 weekly points but I do use some of my activity points.
