Weight watchers core plan
I've done the points system for the last year but am curious about the core plan. anyone tried both? Can you tell me about the core one?

I've done both and I have to say I MUCH prefer the core to the points plan.
points often dont give you the caloric intake needed on a daily basis. and as you lose weight,(especially if you've begun a regular exercise program) your metabolism actually works more efficiently and NEEDS more calories, not less! this is why often the points plan "stagnates"- you tend to have more plateaus with points. besides, always having to count them especially if you go out can be a pain in the butt! are you really going to count points for the rest of your life?
however, with Core, you're eating real whole food. whole grains,veggies,fruits,dairy, protien. and you can eat it until you're satisfied. REAL food in the form god put on this earth was not designed to make us fat! its all the stuff we do to it thats killing us. have you ever tried to overeat apples? not only that, you clean out your body with core. you feel better, have more energy and less cravings- because your body is getting the nutrition it needs.
its the easiest plan to stick to in the long run- if its natural you can eat it, if its out of a box/bag, you have to count it.
