Weight - loss interference!
Every weekend I am with my boyfriend the WHOLE time. I am trying to lose weight by eating right but the thing is, he doesn't think I need to lose weight, but he is supportive of my descision. Although, we are always going out to eat, and usually he just wants get something quick for breakfast or dinner so we are always going to MacDonalds or Burger King! So i eat perfectly during the week, but on the weekends i just don't know what to do!!!!! Any ideas???

try initiating the start of a new weekend tradition of making each other breakfast. you can even oick up the food on friday night if you want to lay low on saturday morning. you can make egg sandwiches to take with you if you're going out and about. i'm sure you'll get many suggestions, so i'll leave it at that.

luckily this isn't 10 years ago or there wouldn't be much choice. Both places have salads and fruit which is good. Convince him to go to taco bell and then you have beans and salsa, an amazing and healthy choice. Have a few fries, but make most of the meal things that are good for you and you'll be surprised. Your boyfriend might make fun of you at first but by sunday, he'll be ordering the same thing.

Check the nutrition content of the items at the fast food places online to educate yourself. For example, at McDonald's, their biscuit sandwiches have like twice as many calories as their McMuffin sandwiches!
Cooking at home is fun too. It doesn't take long to make eggs w/ PAM (80 cals each), turkey bacon (35 cals/slice), etc. Even real bacon is fairly low calorie if you cook and drain the fat well.
When I first started dating my husband, we were the same way; we'd go out to eat all the time. Now, on the occasion that we stop at McDonald's, we end up splitting a 2-cheeseburger value meal. And he eats most of the fries and drink (he refuses to order diet soda, etc.) So, I get my cheeseburger (250 cals), and a few fries and a few sips of soda; not the most nutritionally sound meal, but, it's not very high in calories either.
Finally, you can try and find activities to do that involve moving around, even if it's just a lot of walking. Want to go to a restaurant? Pick one that's a mile away, and walk there (this, of course, depends on where you live.) The extra walking will burn off some of the extra calories you may eat. Just still try and order healthily; don't overdo the calories by several hundred and expect to even it out by walking for 20 minutes!

1. Make him watch "supersize me" I havent stepped foot in any fast food chain since then!
For food on the go stop in at the diner, theres lots of options there and are usually pretty quick! There are place too you can call ahead and by the time you get there its ready! I mean like Applebee's, Chevy's, etc

Grow a spine! Why do you have to be with your boyfriend the WHOLE time on the weekends? And why does he get to dictate where you eat? Say sorry honey, my health is more important than sitting across from you at Micky D's. Either we make a healthful choice together or I will catch you later, after mealtime. Also, he may not need to lose weight, but if he is eating fast food on a regular basis, his unseen arteries will be showing signs of inflammation and plaque buildup. ER doctors are seeing young men with the arteries of 50 yo's, even though they look "healthy". I ditto the suggestion you watch Supersize Me together.
