The last 10 are hard. I would encourage them to mix up their exercise and try new things. If they run suggest they try biking, hiking, roller blading or the eliptical. It really helped me to vary my work outs when I was losing my last 10. Also, I found that my body reacts well when I "trick" it by varying my calorie intake from day to day. Suggest she try a "high" calorie day (still eating healthy, just more" and then a lower calorie day the next. I find that helps getting off those stubborn plateaus!!
Hope this information helps, and how nice of you as a group member to post this thread for your team member!

I agree that she needs to change it up, take a look at her current workout routine and eating habits. She needs to shock her body, after a while our bodies get used to a certain routine and needs to be shocked and recharged. She should be lifting weights, light and doing cardio, preferably cardio after her weight training or on opposite days, but change up what she is doing. She might also be overtraining so she might even need to take a few extra days off from her workouts to let her body recoup. Reevaluating your routine and variety is key to success and helps keep you from getting bored and just giving up. Good luck.
