What baby step can you take TODAY to help you lose weight?

I already took mine: I decided not to use an excuse to ditch the gym.
I woke up with a headache and still went.
My anti-excuse: going to the gym imposes physical discomfort on your body (in a good way), so if you're already uncomfortable, what's the big deal? May as well sweat while waiting for the aspirin to kick in.

Bike instead of drive. And I did. To the park (where I walked for an hour!), back home. To the school, to the beach, back home. Then I spent 10 minutes in line for the privilege of paying over three bucks a gallon for gas, only to face a broken pump computer requiring six trips in and out of the gas station to sort out, plus another five minutes standing in line inside.

That gas is gonna sit in that tank for a long, LONG time.

nice job putting down the cookie. I like to sometimes log a "what I didnt eat" section and when I do things like put the cookie down I smile when I get to log it under my own section. Great job

LOG, LOG AND MORE LOG!!

I just joined as well, but what I did today was bring more snacks-I am starving when I get home and so today I brought carrots, pickels ( I know, sounds strange) and some baked dorritos, hopefully this will help with my dinner struggle!!!

Also did 8.5 mins of jogging on my treadmill ( I go 40 mins generally) my goal is 10 mins so getting there!

I can pre-plan a couple days of meals in advance so I won't be tempted to eat everything in site when I'm tired and it's dinner time.
