Did you feel like you received support and advise from PT community, aside from members of your group? Did you feel the spotlight on you?
Tue. May 8, 7:09pm
No, I didn't "feel the spotlight," and unfortunately, I didn't find it very motivating.

I didn't like the fact that we got "stuck" there longer than the 6 weeks we were prepared for... without any word from PT.
We just kept waiting and logging each day after the 6 weeks was up not knowing how much longer we'd be there.

No one really checks in on you other than the people in your group. For one thing, it's so hard for everybody to find the bloody thing. I think it should be big and bold on the home page with a new profile pic of a member each time you log on (similar to the success story set-up they have now). I got along with my group members and we all had certain things we wanted to accomplish over the six weeks, so that was motivating. I was pretty new to the health thing then, and it was the perfect time for me to do it. I don't think I'd need it now so much. I create my own six week challenges!

I can't imagine how much easier it needs to be to find it. Right there on top of the page next to community, it says spotlight.
No I didn't find it helpful either. I found that half the people in my spotlight timeframe didn't even participate that much. It was less motivating for me then my regular groups. I also think when spotlight started it was fine but they've changed it a few times and now there are way too many groups in it.

I agree with all of the above. It certainly wasn't what I was expecting it to be. I don't think I'll be signing up for it again any time too soon.

as a spotlight-watcher, i will say i felt too creepy and stalker-ish to leave comments for people who aren't in a group with me, who don't "know" me.

7:42 poster: I used to feel the same way, but as a spotlight member, I can say that any feedback from people who don't "know" me would have been welcomed and not felt like stalking. I think I will be much more willing to leave comments on future spotlights after having participated in one now.

I left a few comments on the spotlight group. Everyone was warm and welcoming even though I wasnt part of the group. I would like to be in the spotlight. The added accoutability of knowing so many can watch would help Me alot I think.
