Comment about 100lb weight loss issue of People

Was anyone else struck by how hard these ladies work out, almost every day? They run for miles, religiously go to the gym, eat very healthy. It made me realize I need to up my game. I can't expect great results when I don't implement and follow great changes. It also makes me understand what thin people must do to maintain their weight, it's not easy for them either. Sure, some people are thin without working on it, but everytime I read a story like in this week's People, or see all the beautiful and thin people at my gym working out, I realize that it's a struggle for all of us.

Let's all use these 6 ladies stories of determination and willpower to make some GREAT changes in our lives to see some GREAT results.

I had the chance to meet the other five ladies while I was in NYC with Kate. They are all truly amazing! Each of them has a wonderful story; each of them are in every person here at PeerTrainer! You all have a story to tell! Keep up the good work everyone!

That is exactly how I found out about PEERtrainer.com! I saw the PEOPLE magazine at the check out in the grocery store. I'm tempted to try the couch to 5k program I saw in there, too. 100 pounds is a LOT to lose - not to mention a huge, life-altering goal! Cheers to you gals in the magazine! I think I found my new superheroines.........")
