I hate it. I have been concentrating on this area for about a year and it does not tighten. Granted, I did it for two months and stopped....picked it up again two months later and stopped and thus started my pattern. I get discouraged after that much time because I just don't see much in the way of results. Will it really work if I keep at it? I cannot afford nor do I want a skin removal. Please tell me this is possible to avoid and if so....how?

If you don't use it you lose it. You have to stay consistant with it just like everything else on this site or you arent going to see results.

Hang in there. Maybe you're arm giggle isn't as bad as you think it is? But keep up the toning exercises and maybe use a good lotion or toner on your arm to help with the elasticity.

i had a stylist who had the most amazing arms so i asked her how she did it and to my suprise she said that she had stopped lifting weights and started doing pilates. she is an avid exerciser who ran constantly until an ankle injury left her to do low impact and has said that the pilates has defined her body in ways weights never did. good luck!
